My stay at River Side Hotel Tbilisi was a mixed bag. While I enjoyed the warm and peaceful room, the maintenance could definitely use some work. The staff, on the other hand, were remarkably friendly and accommodating, making my birthday celebration quite special despite some restaurant issues.

I had initially booked a small room with outdated carpets, but after discussing my concerns, they swiftly moved me to a much nicer room. The second room was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony, although I was disappointed that the balcony lacked privacy.
